Apply for an individual Edinburgh Leisure CAP card.

Bipolar Edinburgh are partners with Edinburgh Leisure's Community Access Programme (ELCAP).

Once you have attended 2 Swim, Gym & Coffee sessions, you can be referred by us for an Individual CAP card that allows you to visit any leisure facility unattended.

The card gives you:

• Entry for £1.
• 12 months membership.
• The card is not renewable.

Once you complete the registration form, we will add our details and apply to Edinburgh Leisure on your behalf.

When Edinburgh Leisure approve your application, they will send you a text letting you know that you can visit your local leisure facility to pick up your card.

We do hope that this will not be the last time that you will join us at swim, gym & coffee and hope you enjoyed your time with us.

Edinburgh Leisure Conditions:

• Cards are not available to anyone with a current Edinburgh Leisure subscription membership, or who is taking part in another Edinburgh Leisure Active Communities programme.

• Applications that do not include either a mobile number or email address, or which have incomplete or incorrect information, cannot be processed.

• Participants accepted for a CAP Individual Card will receive a text message providing them with information about where, when, and for which activities they can use it.

• They can visit an Edinburgh Leisure venue where their photo will be taken for security purposes, and they will be issued with a membership card.

• Cards are valid for 12 months and must be used in accordance with the usage terms.
